Delivery

We will aim to dispatch your products within 24 hours of your order. Delivery can sometimes take up to 2 working days from order.

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order. While we make every effort to meet the above timescale, during busy periods, deliveries might be a little longer. We apologise if this is the case but we will do our best to get your parcel sent out as quickly as possible.

Cut Off Time For Delivery

The daily delivery order cut-off time is 1.00pm (GMT+8), Monday to Friday (except for public holidays). This does not take into account possible delay caused by payment authorization. Overall, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on Monday to Friday (except for public holidays) with the exception of sale period where this may take up to 72 hours.

• Estimated delivery period for Malaysia is within 2 to 3 working days.
• Estimated delivery period for other countries is within 8 to 15 working days. This does not take into account possible delay caused by custom clearance.

Customs and Import Charges

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control of these charges, so suggest you check first what import charges may apply before ordering.

Delivery within Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) are based on the weight of items.
